UX/UI Designer
Bricks is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience of our CRM platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our product, ensuring it’s both functional and delightful.
Key responsibilities
Design user-friendly interfaces and workflows for web and mobile platforms.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on user requirements.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.
Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in SaaS and CRM tools.
Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Required skills & qualifications
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in SaaS or technology products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and results.
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
